1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Susana Vitorino, Certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) and Senior Registered Nurse. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Susana Vitorino offers Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) sessions for adults and children over 7 online via video call.

3. Not a Medical Service

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you have a diagnosed medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your GP or specialist before beginning hypnotherapy.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% session fee charged.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee charged.
• No-shows: Full session fee charged.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence in accordance with the NCH Code of Ethics, GDPR, and applicable UK law.

6. Payments

Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session. Packages must be paid in full before the first session. Prices are in GBP.

7. Suitability

Susana Vitorino reserves the right to decline or terminate services if hypnotherapy is not appropriate for a client's needs.

8. Recording

Sessions may not be recorded by the client without prior written consent from Susana Vitorino.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
